I just wanted to say thank you for all of the wonderful stories and photographs , and recipes. I live in Oregon. I have not had the opportunity to share in many of your life's experiences but just like reading a book, all of the wonders are there to see and read about. I love every single story/description and photo. I also print out the recipes thinking that some day I will make/bake them. It's wonderful to know that I can turn to your company to buy the ingredients that are not readily available here in my tiny isolated coastal town. Thanks again for all of your caring and sharing. I will be buying some of that good maple syrup to try.

Makes me homesick for Connecticut....we tapped our trees for years and had our own supply of the best syrup ever. Not many maple trees to tap since moving to Delaware, but I enjoyed reading about it again. LOVE this blog! Thanks....
